How long does it take to get my prototype?
Prototypes take 2-3 weeks to produce.
We will produce one prototype, and if this is not correct based on the original concept submitted to us, we will produce a second one incorporating necessary corrections.

What is your payment term?
Payment terms are 50% with your purchase order,
with the balance paid in full before shipping.

Who is paying the postage of mailing prototypes from China?
Prototypes expressed from China to you at your expense. 
Each trip is around $35.00.

What is your lead time?
Production turnaround for custom pieces is estimated to be 45 days from prototype finalization and receipt of 50% deposit.

Do I need to provide patterns with my samples?
Not necessary.

How to prepare importing documents for custom?
Granda Toys will do all the works until cargos arrived at your door.

Can you make tush tags and hanging tags.
Yes, definitely. Hang tag, tush tag....any kind of packaging.

Do I have to register PA number?
No, this is your choice.
The registration numbers are demanded only if you selling stuffed toys in their area.
All other States do not need registration number.

Are your toys safe?
Yes, toys are made according to U.S. toy safety standards.

Can you make any other animals?
Yes, we can create anything!
We have created tigers, lions, cow, chicken, mouse, pig, lamb, horse.....
