TOY SAFETY

Quality Control inspection starts from the day fabrics was delivered to our factory. All materials used in manufacturing stuffed toys are 100% non-toxic and accessories must not pose a danger of being swallowed by children.

Before any toy is shipped, it has to go thru several different levels of safety and durability testing. Metal detectors is a must procedures in our factory.

Button eyes and other sewn-on parts must be able to resist 30 lbs. of pull in order to be passed inspection line. Even a small length of loose thread would be reason enough to reject.

All inspectors are trained by U.S. standard ISO9000.
