Registration PA Number
-For US plush toys manufacture only-
Guidelines for PA numberPA registration numbers is only for manufactures that intend to sell stuffed toys in Massachusetts, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
Without the PA number, you are allowed importing into the States. US custom has no regulations for PA number. However, since these 3 states charge fees when selling plush toys in their area, to be on the save side, applying an PA number will be easier for you to expand your market when you want to open market nationwide.Applying procedures are as follows:
- Filling up application form;(downloadable form www.dli.state.pa.us)
- Having the form notarized,
- Enclosed a $25 check,
- Enclosed a plush toy sample. (The purpose of sending a sample is for safety inspections. Please let us know you need a sample from our factory.)

Please apply Pennsylvania number first. Because, due to toy label is too small to print 3 register numbers, we print one number only.
OH, MA will accept PA's toy registration number with their fee been paid.
PA will not accept any of the above states registration numbers representing their number.Pennsylvania
